CONSTITUENT DECLARATION
ASSOCIATION OF ANARCHIST MOVEMENTS (AAM)
The motion of
Anarchy is immortal like aiming of people to Freedom.
We, participants of
Congress of Anarchist Movements, do not consider our decisions as the attempt of
creation of the political party. The Anarchy existed and will exist without
dependence from someone's decisions.
We are different. But the difference in peoples’ minds does not contradict with Anarchy. Therefore, interplay and mutual aid of all currents of anarchism are possible and advisable.
No one organization
has a right to stand above the man, but we recognize desirability of joint
efforts and coordination of joint actions as provided by the idea of Freedom.
The forms of activity in this direction can be various.
We do not struggle
for power. Our strife is against any authority, against violence, against
suppression of the separate man by somebody or something.
For this purpose we
confederate Association of Anarchist Movements. Everyone who estimates the system
of state suppression as evil and aims at its full annihilation can become its
participant. Everyone who agrees with us can join our motion.
